Part 4 of my Pet Peeve Series where I address some common mistakes made by Russian learners of English. I try to use humor as a tool in order to make the learning process more enjoyable.
In each of the “Pet Peeve” series of podcasts, the title reflects the mistake that is common amongst Russian speakers of English, so if you are a Russian speaker of English and you don’t understand the reason for the title, then you should certainly take the time and watch the episode.
I don’t just report the mistake and mock it, I report it, mock it, then explain the reason for the mistake and how to correctly communicate the thought in English. I mean, mocking is actually pretty fun, but I guess that it’s also best if you learn from your mocking session.
